Marlow Bridge

Repair works on the Marlow Bridge have still not started. We understand that these may extend to 2025 or even 2026. These repairs are major as 5 of 12 bearings that take the weight of the bridge need repairing as well as the masonry of the towers. 

Good news that the width restrictors back now in position, yes the BOLLARDS ARE BACK, so the strain will be lessened to some degree. It is disturbing to discover that some of the newer SUVs are hevaier than the weight limit. A long term solution is needed.
