Film Studio Update

As Members will most likely know Bucks Council refused permission for the Marlow Film studios.  

The proposed development would constitute inappropriate development and will result in spatial and visual harm to the openness of the Green Belt. 

Secondly it was was contrary to previous commitments to the Country park 

Then there was recognition that there would be significant impact on traffic flow .There were considered to be unacceptable impacts on the visual amenity and local residents. The transport provison was inadequate.
